Yes, all of our Units are manufactured here in the USA. Specifically, from California, not abroad.
Piñatas are all custom and handmade by me. I make my own glue and re-use various recyclable cardboard. Few other items such as zipties, tape and sometimes glow in the dark sticks or lighting is purchased from local stores and may be manufactured outside of the U.S.
Yes, we are covered with an extensive insurance policy to ensure proper procedures should any mishaps occur.
Yes, all of our units have been state inspected and approved prior to rental use.
Yes, we are proud to be SIOTO certified as well with extreme levels of safety education and training.

Yes, we deliver to other cities.
Destinations within 30miles do not require any delivery fee. Ask about your specific party location for an estimate on a delivery fee.
But yes, we've delivered to Greensboro, Raleigh, Fayetteville and all the little towns in between!
Supervision is required at ALL TIMES when unit is in use. Supervisor must enforce all safety rules.

A $25 deposit will lock in the date to rent inflatables and party equipment.
*The $25 Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
However, can be put towards a pinata order or to hold another date for reservation. Find more details in rental contract under paperwork tab.
*Final payment must be paid IN FULL at drop-off unless other arrangements have been made.
Initial setup normally only takes 20 minutes to be completely up and running.
Typical set up is where the stakes can be secured into the ground.
Upon arrival My Piñata Lady personnel will need access to a proper outlet for the blower.
Once unit is up and functional, My Piñata Lady personnel will sanitize prior to use.
Each unit can be turned off during rental but MUST be able to inflate when My Piñata Lady personnel return for pick up for reinspection.
A little rain never hurt any of our rentals, but WIND can be a tricky factor.
Predicted wind of 15MPH or more may require cancelation, raincheck or termination of any contract for safety reasons.

*A $50 fee may be required for NON-grass setup location for the additional labor involved with SANDBAG securement.
*A $50 NON-refundable deposit is required for generator usage on properties or fields without nan adequate power source. (This covers the gas and transport of the generator unit. If the party is scheduled to be longer than the allotted time for generator use and if a refill of the fuel is required, an additional $50 may be required.
*$25 Reinflation fee will be added to the contract if the unit is taken down prior to pick up. Units must be inspected at pick up!
